10x Genomics Chromium X

The 10x Genomics Chromium X is designed to revolutionize single-cell and spatial multiomics research. It enables to analyze gene expression, chromatin accessibility, and immune repertoire profiling from individual cells with high accuracy. It can process thousands of cells or nuclei in a single run, making it ideal for large-scale studies and by that enabling new discoveries in cellular heterogeneity, gene expression, and tissue organization.

How It Works:

The Chromium X platform leverages microfluidic technology to partition cells or nuclei into nanoliter-scale droplets. Each droplet acts as a reaction chamber, allowing the incorporation of unique molecular barcodes for individual cells. This ensures precise downstream analysis, whether for transcriptomics, epigenomics, or spatial data.
