10x Genomics Visium CytAssist

The Visium CytAssist is part of the Visium Spatial transcriptomics of 10x Genomics. The CytAssist is designed to simplify the Visium workflow by facilitating the transfer of transcriptomic probes from standard glass slides to Visium slides, enabling whole transcriptomic spatial profiling insights across your entire tissue section. It also expanded compatibility with fresh-frozen sections, fixed tissues, and archived specimens.
