ATGC offers 10x Genomics single cell transcriptomics to perform profiling of heterogeneous cell populations from hundreds of thousands of single cells to ensure biologically relevant signals are not masked by bulk average measurements.

In addition to scRNA-seq, the ATGC also offers additional 10x Genomics applications in fresh, frozen and FFPE tissue, such as Single Cell Immune Profiling, Epi ATAC and Epi Multiome ATAC + Gene Expression.
