ATGC offers 10x Genomics single cell transcriptomics to perform profiling of heterogeneous cell populations from hundreds of thousands of single cells to ensure biologically relevant signals are not masked by bulk average measurements.
The optimal input cell/nuclei concentration depends upon the desired cell/nuclei recovery target, see below:
